Thank you for choosing Lengliim. This page sets out what delivery costs, where we deliver and how you’ll know when your order is coming.
What Delivery Costs
Some items include delivery in their price, and their page says so. For everything else there’s one delivery fee per order, from our own rate list, shown at checkout before you order. That fee is what you pay.
Where and When We Deliver
We deliver in our own van in and around Churachandpur district. After you order, we’ll call you to fix a day. We try to match the date you picked.
Order Tracking
We don’t send tracking texts. Your order in My Orders shows where it’s up to: Requested, Scheduled, Out for delivery, Delivered (for a service visit, On the way and Done). Or call us on +91 88373 71573.
Delivery Verification
Please make sure the delivery address you give us is accurate and complete. Lengliim is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Some items need a code at the door; if yours does, the code is on your order in My Orders.
